        Queijo Sao Jorge is a semi-hard cheese made from unpasteurized cow’s milk exclusively from the island of Sao Jorge. Topo is aged for a minimum of 3 months. It is creamy in texture with a buttery flavor. Queijo Sao Jorge DOP is aged for 7 months. It has a sharp, slightly spicy flavor with a dry texture.
