Salpicão is made using our Hot Chouriço recipe in a larger natural casing. We make our Salpicão on site, using our original family recipe of quality spices and freshly cut, never ground, pork. It is then wood smoked in our smoke house.
Ingredients: Pork, vinegar, wine, water, crushed red pepper, salt, paprika, white pepper & garlic in a natural casing.
