This old brandy is distilled at the stills of Quinta da Aveleda and aged in French Limousin oak barrels for over 10 years.

Spanish Cardenal Mendoza Brandy
Obtained from native grape Airen and produced through a slow distillation in copper pot stills. It is aged for more than 15 years in barrels that have contained Sherry Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez

This old brandy uses only the best of it's lots and are aged over many years in oak casts.
